Gregory V. Sullivan is the President of Malloy & Sullivan. He has served as General Counsel for media companies for over four decades. He is also the current President of the New England First Amendment Coalition and currently serves on the New Hampshire Supreme Court’s Committee on the Judiciary and the Media.

​Mr. Sullivan has argued before the New Hampshire Supreme Court in several landmark First Amendment and public access cases. He has served as a media and First Amendment expert on various television, radio, print and on-line programs. He is also an instructor at the Nackey S. Loeb School of Communications in Manchester, N.H. and an adjunct faculty member of Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Mass, where he teaches First Amendment and media law. He has presented First Amendment programs to government officials and journalists from over 40 nations from 5 continents.

Early in his career Mr. Sullivan served as a coordinator for the City of Quincy Police Department, as an Assistant District Attorney for Norfolk County and as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
